ONIT Athlete Return and Refund Policy
At ONIT Athlete, we are committed to providing the best product and service experience for our valued customers. Please read the following policy carefully:
Our return and refund policy applies to all purchases made online at www.onitathlete.com.
Product refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ONIT Athlete.
For Trading Cards:
- Returned products must be sent back within 48 hours of delivery.
- We only accept returns for unopened products (box and foil must remain intact).
- Should a refund be granted, it will be processed only for items that are unopened, with packaging intact and the full pack set complete, as stated above.
For Timeless Collective Subscriptions:
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription purchases are non-refundable unless the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of the subscription creation.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time. However, any orders already placed prior to cancellation or pause will not be refunded.

- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Reason for Return
- (If applicable) If you are requesting a return due to a product defect, please include a high-quality photo or video clearly showing the defect.
