ONIT Return and Refund Policy

At ONIT, we aim to provide a great experience with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly on www.onitathlete.com.
All returns and refunds are subject to review and approval at ONIT’s discretion.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team at support@onitathlete.com and include:

  • Your order number (from your order confirmation email or your ONIT account)
  • The reason for your request
  • If the request is due to a defect or damage, clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.


Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting our support team at support@onitathlete.com 

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the customer must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return qualifies under a scenario where ONIT provides a return label (as outlined above).


One-Time Purchases
  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery.
  • We only accept returns for unopened products where:
    • The box and foil packaging are fully intact
    • The complete pack set is included

Refund Eligibility

If approved, refunds are only issued for items that meet the unopened and intact packaging requirements listed above.

Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

  • The cards inside the sealed foil pack are incorrect, or
  • The cards are damaged

Timeless Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription by clicking the profile icon on the homepage of www.onitathlete.com and accessing your subscription details. You may also contact our support team for assistance.

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • A 12-month commitment applies, and subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded during this period.
  • Exceptions may be made at ONIT Athlete’s sole discretion for specific circumstances.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time.
  • Any orders that have already been placed or processed prior to cancellation or pause are not refundable

When ONIT Will Provide a Return Label

ONIT will cover return shipping and provide a return label in the following situations:

Incorrect Item Shipped

If you received the wrong product:

  • Email support@onitathlete.com with your order number and clear photos of the product that you received.
  • Once approved, we will email you a return label
  • The correct product will be shipped once the return is confirmed

Significantly Damaged Product

If your product arrives significantly damaged:

  • Email clear photos of the damaged cards
  • For autographed or numbered cards, please ensure the athlete name and numbering are clearly visible
  • Once approved, we will provide a return label and ship a replacement

Note: For autographed or numbered cards, an exact replacement may not be available


When ONIT Will Not Provide a Return Label or Refund

Returns or refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer ordered the wrong product and did not request changes before shipment
  • Order changes (such as address or quantity updates) were not requested before the order shipped
  • The product was purchased from a third-party seller (e.g., hobby shop, retailer, or marketplace). In these cases, returns and refunds must be handled directly by the seller
