ONIT Athlete Return and Refund Policy

At ONIT Athlete we are committed to providing the best product and service experience for our valued customers. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Our return and refund policy applies to all purchases made online at www.onitathlete.com.
2. Product refunds are granted under the sole discretion of the business.

For Trading Cards:   

• Returned products must be sent back within 48 hours of delivery
• We accept returns for unopened (box and foil still intact) product
• Should a refund be granted, the refund for returned items will be processed for unopened (box and foil still intact, and pack set complete) items as stated above

If you would like to submit a return/refund request, please contact customer service at support@onitathlete.com with the following information:

• Full Name
• Order Number 
• Email Address
• Reason for return
• If there is a card defect, please include a high quality photo or video that clearly shows the defect.
