We may use session replay tools to record your interactions with the Services, such as how you move throughout the Services and engage with our webforms.

• Order Information collected when you purchase a product or service, such as products ordered, payment information, and Personal Contact Information for the sender and recipient.

• Customer Service Information collected when you contact our internal or external customer service agents.

8. Privacy Policy for Meta Permissions

Effective Date: 11/14/2023

This Privacy Policy sets out how we handle the information received from your use of Meta's Graph API and the permissions provided (instagram_content_publish, pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts). We will explain how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information.

9. ONIT VUE App

The ONIT VUE app does not collect personal information from users. Any information collected will be protected in the same manner listed in the eight points above.

Information We Collect:

With your explicit consent, we collect the following information:

 

1. Details from Instagram: Your posts, images, and content you create when you allow us with the permission (instagram_content_publish).

 

2. Pages: With permissions (pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts), we collect information about your page's show list and manage posts on your behalf.

 

Usage of Information:

The information is collected with the intent of providing you with a customized experience, facilitating interaction, delivering products or services requested by you, or for enhancing the overall performance of our app or services.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information:

We will share the information using the Meta's Graph API with your explicit consent. However, the information will not be shared with any third-party unless for legal reasons, and even in that case, we would take all steps to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
