ONIT Athlete of the Week

Washington sophomore quarterback Demond Williams, Jr. earned ONIT Athlete of the Week honors after leading the Huskies to a 59-24 win in the Apple Cup against Washington State.

Williams threw four touchdowns and ran for another, while tallying 386 yards of total offense.

“Demond is sensational,” Washington head coach Jedd Fisch said. “I think a lot of the country saw what Demond can do today, being a national game… he’s super special, and I can’t wait to see him keep getting better.”
